0-to-60 Million Dollars in Ten Steps: A Case Study in Philanthropic Coaching

Location: Western Regional Planned Giving Conference
May 31, 2012, 3:45pm–5:00pm

The Glowacki Group is proud to have our own Don Gettinger, J.D., CFP, present this month's topic.

This session will relate the true story of the transformation of reluctant inheritors into happy philanthropists. The traditional way to get donations is to market your charity through your board and events. However, the major dollars are buried in the biographies of your donors, waiting for the right questions to unearth them. That’s the role of a philanthropic coach. We will explain the Capital Confidant Approach, a process used to inspire clients to experience the joy of giving by connecting their life experiences to their legacy, resulting in over $60 million going to charity during their lifetime and beyond.
